Abstract submission

Guidelines for oral presentations:

Oral presentations will last 20 minutes (15 + 5 minutes of questions), and 40 minutes (30 + 10 minutes of questions) for invited speakers. The preferred language for presentations is English, with the exception of PhD students who may choose to present their work in French if they wish. In this case, the slides should be translated into English. A PC will be available for presenters. Please transfer your presentation to the PC before the start of the session. 
 

Instructions for poster presentations :

Grids will be available for A0 posters. Posters can remain on display for the entire duration of the JNTE. We also encourage presenters to use English for their posters.
